Educational Goals

- The goal of the Master's program is to cultivate nursing professionals who possess research, advanced practice capabilities, and leadership for various nursing settings. The specific objectives are as follows:

• Integrate and apply the body of nursing knowledge comprehensively into nursing practice for various nursing settings and populations.
• Conduct nursing research that contributes to nursing practice while adhering to research ethics standards.
• Perform advanced nursing practice for individuals, families, groups, systems, communities, and populations.
• Educate nursing knowledge generated through multidisciplinary research based on the body of Eastern and Western nursing knowledge and collaboration among healthcare professionals.
• Exhibit leadership that can contribute to the development of the healthcare system.

- The goal of the Doctoral program is to develop and expand the body of nursing knowledge and to cultivate global nursing scholars and policy leaders. The specific objectives are as follows:

• Develop nursing theories based on the exchange of diverse bodies of knowledge and interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Conduct creative nursing research applying nursing theories to generate and expand nursing knowledge.
• Contribute to the enhancement and expansion of nursing practice by utilizing professional nursing knowledge.
