Kyung Hee University College of Pharmacy has continued its history and tradition of over 70 years, starting as the Department of Pharmacy at the College of Oriental Medicine in 1955 and becoming the College of Pharmacy in 1965. Since establishing the Department of Oriental Pharmaceutical Science in 1996 and the Department of Regulatory Science in 2010, we have built a unique education and research system as the only pharmacy college in Korea currently operating three departments.

Our college has achieved remarkable development based on the forward-looking leadership of successive deans and the dedication and passion of all faculty, students, and staff. Ranking 1st in the pharmacy field in the National University Comprehensive Evaluation, entering the top 100 in international university rankings such as QS, and hosting the Medical Research Center (MRC) are the fruits of these efforts.

Building on this foundation, Kyung Hee University College of Pharmacy has established itself as an institution with top-tier education and research capabilities in Korea and is widely recognized as a leading educational and research institution in the field of pharmacy.

Kyung Hee University College of Pharmacy does not rest on its long history and tradition but continues to innovate for the future. Based on our world-class research capabilities, our faculty members—who come from diverse academic backgrounds including pharmacy, oriental pharmacy, science, medicine, oriental medicine, engineering, and agriculture—provide high-quality education to students. Through this, we are fostering talented individuals with convergent thinking and practical expertise. Our graduates are also demonstrating outstanding capabilities in various fields, contributing to society in leading domestic and international pharmaceutical companies, public institutions, universities, research institutes, university hospitals, pharmacies, and oriental pharmacies.

In particular, for the successful settlement of the integrated 6-year pharmacy education program that began in earnest in 2020, Kyung Hee University College of Pharmacy is continuously recruiting world-class faculty and attracting excellent students to improve the quality of education and research. Furthermore, we are noting that the roles and responsibilities of pharmacists, oriental pharmacists, and pharmaceutical scientists are being newly expanded in a rapidly changing environment driven by the advancement of artificial intelligence and cutting-edge science and technology.

Accordingly, our college is striving to introduce new research methodologies based on AI, strengthen research excellence through the expansion of global networks, foster future talent through the construction of a multi-dimensional learning system, and continuously expand infrastructure to create a world-class research and education environment. Based on these efforts, Kyung Hee University College of Pharmacy aims to realize the vision of becoming a "Global Top 10 College of Pharmacy" that contributes to the construction of a disease-free society and the promotion of national health, through "strengthening research capabilities via creative academic convergence and fostering pharmaceutical talent."
